RETURN POLICY

Returns :
A full refund in the original form of payment will only be issued for unused and unopened merchandise. Merchandise must be in its original box with all documentation and accessories. An Original Order Receipt must accompany all returns.

All Sales Final Items: There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on the following items: Q Ray Bracelets, Personal Care & Hygiene Items, Opened Videos or DVDs, Exercise Equipment.

If you are not satisfied with the performance of our products excluding All Sales Final Items: A merchandise exchange will be issued, only within 30 days of purchase. An Original Receipt is required for all store credits or exchanges.
